A man in China had a 9,999 red roses sewn into a dress for his girlfriend. After she put the dress on he proposed.  

The number 9 in Chinese culture is said to represent ‘forever’.

It may represent forever, but when you say it it means dog…..but what do I know. I’m just Chinese. D:
